Founded and led the development of NeueCode 7, a sovereign, fully on-premises enterprise AI platform combining autonomous AI capabilities, AI governance, enterprise identity, auditability, knowledge systems, and security controls. Runs with no cloud dependency inside the customer's own infrastructure, for government, banking, healthcare, energy, and defense customers.

Directed a real-time computer-vision platform over existing CCTV for banking security and public-safety operations: people detection and tracking, restricted-area monitoring, license-plate and face recognition, multi-camera correlation, centralized monitoring. Fully on-premises, with privacy controls and audit trails configurable to the institution's policies.

Existing camera infrastructure turned into an operational intelligence capability without sending video off-site

Government procurement intelligence SaaS

Product-led an AI platform that aggregates public-sector procurement data and applies relevance scoring, alerts, AI-assisted analysis, and pipeline tooling for teams pursuing government contracts.

Led engineering for an end-to-end video platform: live and on-demand streaming, encoding and ingest, recording and scheduling, digital signage, and priority alerting, delivered on-premises and on AWS to K-12, corporate, and government customers.

Deep hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise AI platforms from infrastructure through production deployment. Experience includes on-premises LLM infrastructure, GPU architecture and capacity planning, model serving and optimization, RAG and enterprise knowledge systems, model evaluation, observability, governance controls, identity integration, secure tool execution, and production lifecycle management.
